Exhibitor Information
EXHIBIT OPPORTUNITIES
May 28, 2009 and May 29, 2009
Exhibit space is available Thursday, May 28 and Friday, May 29. Last year’s conference was a resounding success with over 1000 attendees. Conference evaluation forms indicate that they want more exhibitors of services, devices and products that aid people with disabilities!
If you would like to showcase your services, devices or products at the largest statewide convention on disability issues in Tennessee, please carefully complete the Exhibit Space and Advertising Reservation Form. The link is below.
The deadline for reserving exhibit space has been extended to April 30, 2009. If you have questions, please call our Exhibit Committee Chair, Lori Israel at 615-248-5878 or 1-800-835-7077 ext. 22, or email: exhibitors@thearctn.org.
AGAIN THIS YEAR: We are offering each exhibitor the exclusive opportunity to showcase your products or services when introducing one of our world class presenters. If you are interested, please check the appropriate box on the reservation form and someone from the Volunteer Committee will be in touch with the details.
Your exhibit booth fees pay for breakfast and lunch on both Thursday and Friday for one and help fund stipends to enable people with disabilities to attend the conference. As an exhibitor you will receive:
- Listing in Program Booklet
- Listing on our website with a link to your website
- The opportunity to advertise your products or services during a break out session in exchange for introducing a speaker (remember to check the appropriate box on the registration form).
- Six foot draped table and 2 chairs for your presentation
